Giuseppe D'Aquila, 37 years old, full-time member of the union for 17 years, is the new secretary general of Filctem CGIL Sicily. "Filctem represents 28 highly strategic contracts: chemical, pharmaceutical, energy, manufacturing - underlined D'Aquila - and we represent the second region of Italy for the presence of chemical companies especially in the refining field, such as for example in Syracuse and Gela .
