ORDER
- that it is mandatory the use of respiratory tract protections in indoor places accessible to the public and, outdoors, on all occasions in which it is not possible to continuously guarantee the maintenance of the safety distance between non-cohabitants. Children under the age of six as well as subjects with forms of disability that are not compatible with the continuous use of the protections or subjects who interact with the aforementioned are not subject to the obligation. The specific sectoral provisions relating to certain economic and social activities are reserved. When moving in motor vehicles, the use of protections is mandatory where the distance of one meter between non-cohabitants is not ensured. It is however mandatory, for anyone going outside the home, to have the protections available;
- that it is allowed, in compliance with the Guidelines approved by the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia and by the Conference of Regions and Autonomous Provinces, the performance of the economic and social activities indicated below:
a) catering
b) tourist activities (bathing establishments and beaches)
c) accommodation facilities
d) personal services (hairstylists, beauticians and tattoo artists)
e) retail trade
f) retail trade in public areas (markets and hobby markets) g) offices open to the public
h) swimming pools
i) gyms
j) maintenance of green areas
k) museums, archives and libraries
l) open-air tourist-accommodation facilities
m) Alpine refuges
n) outdoor physical activity
o) rental of vehicles and other equipment
p) drug sales representatives
q) children's play areas r) cultural and recreational clubs
s) professional training
t) cinema and shows
u) theme and amusement parks
v) festivals and fairs
w) services for children and adolescents
x) spa facilities and wellness centres
y) mountain professions (alpine guides and ski instructors) and tourist guides
- that they are allowed, among the training activities referred to in point 2 letter s) also those carried out by private individuals or entities such as music courses and hobby courses;
- that it is allowed, in addition to those already authorized previously, the activity of solidarity emporium and collection of used clothes for solidarity purposes in compliance with the regional guidelines and the requirements set out in annex 10 of the DPCM 17.05.2020;
- that it is allowed the performance of activities not specifically governed by the guidelines referred to in the previous points, in compliance with the guidelines or guidelines relating to similar activities;
- That, in case of approval by the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia and the Conference of Regions and Autonomous Provinces of updated or new forms, the same are binding starting from the date of publication on the Region's website, with specific indication of the date effective date;
- that they are allowed the return or stay in university residences by accommodation assignees, limited to needs proven by situations impeding the return to the respective residences registered or connected to the study path, endorsed by the Universities or Institutes of Higher Artistic and Musical Education or by the ITS Foundations. The return or stay is allowed for the time strictly necessary to carry out the planned activities and on condition that the host institution organizes the spaces to minimize the risk of proximity and aggregation and adopts adequate organizational prevention and protection measures, contextualized to the housing sector, also having regard to the specific needs of people with disabilities, referred to in the "Technical document on the possible remodulation of measures to contain the contagion from SARS-CoV-2 in the workplace and prevention strategies" published by INAIL ;
- that it is allowed by the state-owned concessionaire, as regards tourist activities (bathing) of regional and municipal competence, in order to ensure compliance with health measures and social distancing and without prejudice to the provisions of article 47 of the navigation code in other cases, the temporary interdiction of the use of a part or all of the areas or appurtenances covered by the concession, without prejudice to the obligation to guarantee the lifeguard service, according to the methods established by the bathing ordinances in force issued by the Captaincy of territorially competent port.
This ordinance is published on the institutional website of the Civil Protection and the Region. The publication has the value of individual notification, for all legal purposes.
This ordinance is valid from 4 June 2020 to 30 June 2020.
