The maximum bonus drops to 13 thousand euros. Results related to spending cuts. Scoreboard 2013: the Isontina Company in the queue
UDINE. Spending review also on the additional remuneration of the general directors of health. The regional council, on the proposal of the councilor for health Maria Sandra Telesca, has remodulated and halved the supplementary share to the salary of managers which drops from 20% of the contractual amount (which fluctuates between 130.7 and 134.7 thousand euros per year), to 10%, or from about 27 thousand to 13 thousand euros.
The "directors' awards", as they are usually defined, obviously remain linked to the achievement of the objectives that the council defines annually and which are indicated in the "agreement" that will be signed between the managers and the Region.
Objectives that in part change compared to the past and are usually linked to the provisions of the management lines: for 2014 they are given priority in pharmaceutical expenditure (with forecasts of containment), in medical devices (with obligation to save), in outpatient services, in the hospitalization rate (to be reduced everywhere), in the private budget (decreasing), in personnel costs (-1% the general objective), in the ordinary maintenance of buildings and systems, in goods and services.
Among the objectives of the companies is also the connection to the electronic prescription of general medicine, with respect to which there is also a reference to Insiel. In the event that the directors reach the 100% of the objectives, the full payment of the supplementary fee of 13 thousand euros will be triggered; if the percentage is lower, the premium will be related to it.
No premiums, but the forecast was contained even previously, in the presence of an operating loss of the hospital or healthcare company or Irccs, or in the event that the operating constraints «have not been complied with overall».
A percentage of the bonus (25%) is linked to compliance with the minimum waiting times for healthcare services, obviously only for those for which these times have been indicated and not for all services in general.
