In third place among the Italian scrooge is the entrepreneur Stefano Pessina (13.7 billion), founder of Allenza pharmaceutical, followed by Massimiliana Landini Aleotti, (Menarini) with 10.1 billion dollars (101st in the ranking).
The founder of Microsoft Bill Gates is confirmed, for the third consecutive year, the richest man in the worldor, according to the classification of billionaires on a global scale compiled every 12 months by the American trade magazine Forbes.
Gates has a net worth of $75 billion and in 2016 remains at the top of the list of world papers even if compared to last year it lost more than 4 billion. Immediately behind him is the Spaniard Amancio Ortega, the founder of the Zara clothing and accessories brand, with assets of 67 billion.
On the third step of the podium, the American entrepreneur and economist Warren Buffett, "the oracle of Omaha" has a fortune of 60.8 billion. But of all the super rich, Facebook's number one Mark Zuckerberg was the one who had the best year: the founder of Facebook moved from sixteenth to sixth position in the standings with assets of 44.6 billion.
