The collection of medicines is linked to a "donation" which can be made by a doctor, a hospital, a nursing home, a pharmaceutical company or a pharmacy. All these "health actors" are owners of the drugs they have.
The ISF, on the other hand, cannot make donations because they are not the owners of the samples they have but the company they work for is. The management of essays is regulated by Legislative Decree 219/06.
The ISF can work with doctors, pharmacies, outpatient clinics, hospitals or pharmaceutical companies to collaborate in the collection of medicines to be donated.
