Federsalus supplements. Whistleblowers and activities allowed from May 4, 2020

Federsalus, the main contact person for companies operating in the food supplements sector, has announced that the DPCM 26/04/2020 expands the list of industrial and commercial production activities admitted by the next 4 May, identified in Annex 3 through the ATECO codes.

Federsalus reports that these include the following codes:

    46 COMMERCIO ALL’INGROSSO (ESCLUSO QUELLO DI AUTOVEICOLI E DI MOTOCICLI)
•    74 ALTRE ATTIVITA’ PROFESSIONALI, SCIENTIFICHE E TECNICHE

Typically, the activities of informants can be classified among the following codes:

•    46.18.31  Agents and representatives of pharmaceutical products, herbal products for medical use
•    46.18.34  Business brokers of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products
•    74.90.99  Other professional activities NEC

These are therefore sub-categories (6-digit ATECO codes) included in the permitted divisions (2-digit ATECO codes digits). It is therefore believed that the activities of whistleblowers, if actually designated by the codes referred to or by others in any case admitted, will be allowed from next May 4th. 
FederSalus also he recalls that any more restrictive measures adopted by the Regions remain in force.

Federsalus ricorda però che il 24 aprile è stato approvato un OdG che impegna il governo ad emanare direttive che regolamentino le modalità di ripresa dell’attività degli Pharmaceutical sales reps, anche al fine di garantire sull’intero territorio nazionale e per tutta la durata dell’emergenza Covid-19 un’uniformità delle modalità di lavoro di tali professionisti.
