"The difficulty of procuring over-the-counter medicines should be sought in the dynamics of the market, in the non-compulsory nature of distributors to hold the 90% of medicines (Bersani Decree) and in the commercial logic of initiating a new market condition". This is what Federfarma Servizi said after the Minister of Economic Development, Pierluigi Bersani, requested the intervention of the Antitrust to verify the distribution of over-the-counter medicines.
