Sales of non-prescription slimming drugs drop by 37%. The counts of those against nausea go down by 11%. But also anti-flu (-3.9), painkillers (-1.7), products for circulation (-6.2) heavily mark time. Blame the crisis, 2012 was a bitter year for over-the-counter medicines, medicines without a prescription that can be bought in pharmacies, but also in parapharmacies and large-scale distribution corners. The market - which is worth 2.39 billion - closed with a negative sign of 3.7% and the packages sold dropped by 5.4. Also in the first three months of 2013 the data are negative: -3.7% turnover and -5.3% packs sold.
