On April 18 this organization (MNLF), in agreement with the main associations of non-owner pharmacists, the parapharmacy associations and with the support of the consumers' associations, has called a demonstration in Rome in Piazza Monte Citorio.
The main motivation for this event is the urgent need for a cultural, moral and scientific renaissance of the pharmacist profession.
The demonstration will have as its slogan: Pharmacist, raise your head!
For too long we have been witnessing the prevalence of corporate logic over the protection of the general interest, both in relation to citizens and the entire body of orders. In our opinion, the highest institutional representatives of pharmacists protect only the interests of the strongest part of the category, not necessarily the most numerous part. The needs for professional freedom, for the growth of job opportunities and, in your case, for the defense of employment levels, are carefully ignored.
The case of parapharmacies is paradigmatic of this behaviour.

For these reasons, we deem it natural to extend to your Association and to the registered pharmacy graduates the invitation to participate in this event in the way and with the involvement you deem most appropriate.
