The Lazio Regional Administrative Court upheld the appeal brought by a pharmaceutical company aimed at obtaining recognition of the possibility of advertising to the public medicines without prescription, but not belonging to the category of self-medication medicines. In the ruling, the Judges highlighted the absence, in the Italian legal system, of an express ban on the advertising of SOP medicines.
