“Fake news is circulating about imaginary support measures in favor of Enasarco members, which would have been approved by the Board of Directors of the Foundation in the session of 8 April 2020 and it is good to clarify, so as not to exploit agents and consultants in this period of extreme suffering“, as specified by the Board of Directors of the institution Luca Gaburro, Antonino Marcianò, Alfonsino Mei, Davide Ricci and Gianni Guido 
Triolo, representatives of the acronyms Anasf, Confesercenti, Federagenti and Fiarc.
“This fanciful news - the 5 Councilors continue in the joint note - they are even accompanied by numbers and figures. These are artfully written tissue papers, which let us understand what is not; and are issued by associations clearly attributable to Board Directors or members of the Assembly of Delegates of the current majority, evidently interested in registering particular merits. Merits they do not have: instead they are responsible for their own inaction and this fake news probably serves to make themselves seen as proactive by the members enraged by so much stalemate“.
Gaburro, Marcianò, Mei, Ricci and Triolo specify that "these appropriations have never been approved in the Board of Directors, nor have figures been fixed, although it has been over a month since we 5 Councilors have been clamoring for it“.
Reality "everything is different, unless there is a 'shadow' Board of Directors which determines assessments and decisions in advance, in defiance of the most elementary democratic norms and evidence of crime, which however we do not want to believe. The truth is that in the BoD meeting of 8 April, the 10 Directors of the majority of the proposals were put forward disguised as innovations, giving a mandate to the Offices to analyze their feasibility through in-depth analysis of statistical, actuarial and financial statements. These proposals follow, but to a lesser extent, insufficiently and belatedly, what we advanced over a month ago“.
According to the representatives in Enasarco of Anasf, Confesercenti, Fiarc and Federagenti it is "of the umpteenth affront perpetrated to the detriment of Agents and Consultants, because the approval of the Assembly of Delegates will be needed and subsequently that of the Supervising Ministries: mandatory steps that will take time, when many of our members have no more time“.
In the joint note, the 5 Councilors underline that "a precious month was lost, leaving our proposals in the drawer: a month in which our agents and their families experienced the tragedy of an emergency which is health, economic and often personal. This majority deceives the members, who instead need certainties now. And it does, with some of its exponents, disinformation” – continue Gaburro, Marcianò, Mei, Ricci and Triolo – “given that we 5 Councilors are accused of an irresponsible and crazy attitude: that of having voted against these appropriations. We would not have voted against the immediate measures, and we stress immediate, in favor of all Agents in difficulty. Instead, the 5 of us voted against the useless, specious and instrumental request for simple statistical data and further information from the offices; we voted against bureaucracy and armchair politics, which waste time in inaction, when there are over tens of thousands of Agents, who don't reach an annual income of 10.00 euros.
