The protocol will make it possible to overcome all the difficulties encountered with the implementation of different regulations and interpretations in each individual structure, allowing the provision of an efficient service for operators and patients. A result that was made possible thanks to the willingness of the Region to set up a discussion, which assumes the character of a permanent table in which the trade union representatives of scientific representatives, companies and the association of scientific representatives of the drug will participate.
The document recognizes the significant role of information activity on new generation drugs, and the need to ensure that they are carried out in compliance with the principles of traceability, transparency and simplified management.
In addition, a new uniform method of access to scientific information in hospitals and outpatient clinics is defined throughout Emilia-Romagna, allowing doctors to be constantly updated in a simplified and transparent way.
Furthermore, scientific information is recognized as an indispensable element to ensure that doctors know the pharmacological results, the result of continuous research and updating; at the same time, a working method compatible with the duty to guarantee maximum transparency is identified by all subjects.
"A cutting-edge agreement that recognizes the value of these professionals and enhances the relationship between institutions and social partners to together guarantee excellent healthcare", declare the regional secretaries Maritria Coi (Filctem Cgil), Franco Garofalo (Femca Cisl) and Vittorio Caleffi (Uiltec Uil).
