Defense of the National Health Service. On this point, all sides in the running for the elections are in agreement. However, the ways in which to implement this 'protection' action seem to take on different nuances. Thus, if the Democratic Party supports the sustainability of our universal NHS, since "the Italian system is less funded than many other countries", the outgoing premier Monti instead points out that we have reached a crossroads and the choice is between inevitable cuts or a necessary innovation.
