The director general of the ASL CN1 responds to the criticisms made by the medical order. “Family doctors are set objectives similar to what has already been asked of them in the past. Let's bring the discussion back to the appropriate forums."
Allow me to intervene to express some of my considerations on Dr. Claudio Blengini's letter published in the local press in recent days, containing a sharp criticism of the contents of the objectives assigned to general practitioners regarding the containment of pharmaceutical expenditure for the current year, against the recognition of an economic objective.
The accusation is that the objectives assigned are deontologically reprehensible and inadmissible "if" they condition the doctor in his choices: I am convinced that the objectives assigned can never condition general practitioners for a number of reasons.
