“We want to give a clear and strong message to the entire population but our target is above all the 
elderly and frail individuals. We must face Covid and seasonal flu together, which this year seems to be very strong, and possibly do it with a single vaccination ". With these words the Minister of Health Horace Schillaci underlined the importance of the anti-Covid-19 and seasonal flu vaccination during his speech at the presentation of the ministry's communication campaign "Let's protect ourselves, even for the most beautiful moments - Let's get vaccinated against COVID-19 and seasonal flu".
“The commercial invites you to contact general practitioners – said the Minister – who represent a fundamental safeguard for the health of our nation. We continue to monitor the data - he underlined - and we hope that this will be the season in which to overcome Covid and return to paying attention to the other aspects of health care which, in these years of the pandemic, have been set aside ".
He also spoke on the campaign Alberto Barachini, Undersecretary to the Presidency of the Council with responsibility for Publishing. “Today we are in a different phase but we must remember where we started from” – said Barachini, hoping that “this campaign that inspires confidence in people to start a safe life again will be a real restart”.
