Sole shareholder of Pharmaguida, the new owner of Ternana Calcio: Guida has signed the agreement for the acquisition of the club, waiting to formalize the closing next July 15th. Yesterday the owner of the pharmaceutical company in business since 2004 based in Pollica, in the province of Salerno, presented himself at the Liberati stadium. Previously, between 1997 and 2004, he was director of pharmacy.
In the car with him was the lawyer Pieremilio Sammarco, full professor of comparative private law at the University of Bergamo, legal historian of Pharmaguida as well as director of the operations that led to the transfer of the company shares. Before them Stefano Ranucci, vice president of Unicusano and former president of Ternana, with Paolo Tagliavento who became the red-green club on 18 June, after the resignation of Stefano Bandecchi, the sole director.
