The right (duty) to report does not suffer legal limitations (civil and criminal) when the news spread:
a) is true;
b) it is in the public interest;
c) is communicated through a correct formal format (both for the language used and, with reference to the press, for the methods of graphic composition).
If it is true that the word "comparison" has a negative meaning, it is also true that it is very difficult, if not impossible, to describe a negative social phenomenon using only terms with a positive meaning. After all, the word "comparison" does not contain any connotation of vulgarity and only indirectly refers to a fact constituting a crime - Articles 170 and following.
