Published on www.agenziafarmaco.gov.ita notice to the Pharmaceutical Companies relating to the obligations resulting from the change of supply scheme of the drugs included in Annex B to the decree of the Ministry of Health of 18 April 2012 published in the Official Gazette no. 97 of 26 April 2012.
Annex B contains the list of medicines that cannot be dispensed at the expense of the NHS which were previously subject to the regime of sale upon presentation of a medical prescription, and as such reserved for pharmacies, but which today, following the adoption of the aforementioned Ministerial Decree of 18 April 2012, can also be sold, without a prescription, even in parapharmacies and large-scale retail corners having the requisites established by law.
