La Dr.ssa Petropulacos, Direttrice Generale Salute e Welfare Regione Emilia Romagna, sostiene che non deve stupire il regolamento d’accesso dgli ISF nelle strutture sanitarie della Regione Emilia-Romagna. Infatti non è il regolamento in sé che stupisce, ma le applicazioni deliranti come quella di Parma o come questa dell’oftalmologia diretta dal Prof. Ciardella. Inqualificabile!
