Sad epilogue for the story concerning the workers of the Biomedical Foscama Group. A story that has developed in recent years in which a crisis has matured within the company which since November of last year has not been able to pay its workers on time.
“We have come to the sad conclusion of the Biomedica case. In fact, the company informed its workers of the cancellation with immediate effect ”, explains the lawyer Maria Rosaria Pace, lawyer of the company's commercial agents, who in recent months have supported the difficult battle waged by many of the employees of Biomedical, in arrears with dues. “Now – specifies the lawyer Pace – it remains to understand the ways in which the company will pay the contributions accrued by these workers, as well as the monthly arrears”.
The note from the president of Biomedica Foscana Massimiliano Baldassari is at the end of July, in which he declares: “The company stands by the workers. The writer hopes that the precariousness of this moment will be defined by guaranteeing business continuity until the auction which he hopes will take place as soon as possible". Unfortunately, to date, developments in the story have not been positive and, now, the workers are waiting to receive what is due to them.

In relation to today's press reports in the press release, it is intended to clarify that the contractual matter relating to external collaborators was implemented without any link to the extension of the contract with the Court, but exclusively aimed at the renegotiation of new contracts suited to company needs .
We also inform you that on 24/08 last a regular reasoned request for extension of the activities was presented to the Court of Frosinone, the outcome of which is confidently awaited by the GD.
Latest news: nothing happened at the meeting of 13 September. At this point, a public tender for the sale of the site or possibly eviction cannot be ruled out, unless the parties agree.
