The Filctem Cgil of Milan celebrates the results of the RSU elections in Bayer. With 11 elected delegates, the CGIL becomes the first trade union organization.

“Intendo ringraziare personalmente le lavoratrici e i lavoratori di Bayer per la grande fiducia riposta nell’azione sindacale della Filctem. – dice Mario Principe che segue l’azienda per la Categoria della CGIL, – così come la Rsu uscente, che ha lavorato con passione e abnegazione nell’interesse delle colleghe e dei colleghi: raccogliamo la sfida che questo voto ci trasferisce, sapendo che avremo la responsabilità di agire con sempre maggiore impegno per i risultati che intendiamo raggiungere.”

Molto soddisfatto anche Alberto Motta, segretario generale della Filctem di Milano: “Bayer è una azienda straordinariamente importante per noi – conferma – e riteniamo sia stato premiato uno sforzo decisivo che abbiamo messo in campo al servizio delle lavoratrici e dei lavoratori. Si consolida un trend positivo per la Filctem di Milano nel settore chimico farmaceutico che fotografa il nostro lavoro quotidiano”.

Elections for the RSU BAYER headquarters, excellent result of the FEMCA CISL Milano Metropoli, with an increase in votes since the last renewal.

In Bayer headquarters, in the Interior Organization first college, in the ISF Organization second college, but with all candidates elected. Both in the internal college and ISF, the candidates FEMCA CISL MILAN METROPOLIS are the most voted from the point of view of preferences.

In Bayer Crops, Femca holds, 1 candidate an elected.

In the province of Milan, in the three BAYER units, the total number of Femca CISL Milano Metropoli Delegates is 15 delegates. First Trade Union Organization

Filctem CGIL: 9 delegates 315 votes Uiltec UIL: 4 votes 139
