Bayer aims to increase the share of female managers within the group at 30% in 2015 compared to the current 20%. This is the objective indicated by Marijn Dekkers, the new president of the board of directors of the. "We are confident – he explained – that we will be able to achieve this goal within five years". Dekkers underlined that "we do not believe it is appropriate to include a 'women' quota in the statute. But we also believe that greater diversity of human resources is good for the group".
