consider it necessary to highlight how it is extremely indispensable at this time:
– scrupulously check the evolution of the prescriptions issued or in the process of being issued by the competent public authorities
– comply with the procedures and prevention measures defined at company level, in accordance with current regulations, by the persons in charge and responsible for the safety and health of workers, in mutual respect and recognition of the roles, competences and responsibilities of the Employer , the persons delegated by it, the Prevention and Protection Service Manager (RSPP), the company doctor and the Workers' Representatives for Safety, Health and the Environment (RLSSA)
– ensure correct and complete information and the involvement of all interested parties, within their respective roles, which are the basis of the participatory method of industrial relations in this sector and, even more so in this emergency phase, are fundamental for management of safety and health in the workplace that is effective and respectful of legal and contractual provisions and to avoid alarmism, risky and inappropriate behavior for the situation.
Pending the hoped-for government interventions to support the sector, the signatory parties guarantee maximum availability to companies and workers to investigate and jointly resolve any problems that may arise in this regard.
