Regional autonomy, black smoke in the last CDM. Grillo: "Pharmaceuticals impassable limit"
The Council of Ministers on Tuesday does not find the square on regional autonomy, which saw the League and the 5 Star Movement distant on many points.
"We have already completed our work on autonomy - explained the Minister of Health, Giulia Grillo, on the sidelines of a press conference on psychiatry - we have pointed out the insurmountable limits for us which are pharmaceuticals, collective bargaining and medical specialization schools , which among other things also involve the MIUR, I would like someone to go and ask Minister Bussetti where they are”.
“There are very significant constitutional problems – the minister points out – regarding the decentralization of the education system; we are the ones who, having already leveled ground, because regional autonomy in health care is very advanced, have moved into a well-known field”.
In general, the critical issues according to M5s sources are school, tax transfers from the State to the Regions and transport.
But there is no agreement on the method either, because the Five Stars want a "heavy" passage in Parliament, with the possibility for the Commissions to give opinions and amend the text. The League is for a more streamlined solution, because with heavy amendments you would have to start from scratch.
Knots that we will try to untie next Wednesday, July 3rd.
