APPEAL OF THE ISF CANDIDATES IN THE FILCTEM CGIL LIST FOR THE RENEWAL OF THE FONCHIM MEETING OF FEBRUARY 19-20
Dear ISF Colleague,
as you surely know, for the first time, 4 of your colleagues in drug sales representatives have been nominated by the
Filctem CGIL in the List for the election of the Assembly of the Fonchim category pension fund.
The novelty and importance of the choice will not have escaped you, given that through our election we could represent the specificities related to our work. For Fonchim our proposals are:
- – Increase the contribution by companies and expand tax breaks
- – Reach the goal of receiving a pension (public + supplementary) equal to at least 85% of the last net salary received.
- – Have the possibility of receiving the supplementary pension even before the requirements of the Fornero Law.
- – Allow Fonchim access to insurance management to obtain higher returns.
- – Encourage the voluntary destination of participation premiums in the Pension Fund to benefit from the foreseen tax advantages.
- – Introduction of the company delegate to welfare.Furthermore, the choice of a greater involvement of the representatives of the ISFs is not limited to the elections in the Funds in question, as Filctem CGIL has been an active part in the last two years in posing all the problems related to our activity and starting from the contractual renewal in the coming months, our involvement will continue in order to improve the current situation.For all this we ask you to vote for the Filctem CGIL List (by blacking out the box and sending the stamped envelope so that it arrives within 1 pm on 7 March) and to spread our appeal to all colleagues
