THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Given the legislative decree 24 April 2006, n. 219, containing the implementation of directive 2001/83/EC (and subsequent amending directives) relating to a Community code concerning medicinal products for human use, as well as of directive 2003/94/EC;
Given, in particular, the art. 122, paragraph 2 of the aforementioned legislative decree of 24 April 2006, n. 219, which establishes that scientific representatives must be in possession of a degree pursuant to the law of 19 November 1990, n. 341, or specialist degree pursuant to ministerial decree 3 November 1999, n. 509, or master's degree pursuant to ministerial decree 22 October 2004, n. 270, in one of the following disciplines or in one of the scientific-disciplinary sectors to which the declaratory statements refer to medicine and surgery, biological sciences, organic or biological chemistry, pharmacy, pharmaceutical chemistry and technology or veterinary medicine or which, in alternatively, scientific reps must possess a university diploma in scientific information on drugs pursuant to the ministerial decree of 30 June 1993, published in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic of 15 April 1994 or the corresponding degree pursuant to the ministerial decrees of 3 November 1999,

Having noted that the aforementioned paragraph also establishes that the Minister of Health may, after consultation with the Ministry of Education, University and Research, by decree, recognize other degrees as suitable, specifying the teachings essential for training purposes;
Having consulted the Ministry of University and Research;
Having regard to the decree of the Ministry of University and Scientific and Technological Research, 3 November 1999, n. 509 "Regulation containing rules concerning the teaching autonomy of universities";
Having regard to the decree of the Ministry of Education, University and Research of 22 October 2004, n. 270 “Amendments to the regulation containing rules concerning the teaching autonomy of universities, approved with decree of the Ministry of Universities and Scientific Research November 3, 1999, n. 509”;
