Negotiations continue between trade union organizations and the top management of Alfasigma to deal with the collective dismissal procedure against 333 people announced on 20 February.
During the last meeting held at Confindustria Emilia in Bologna, the company presented a new organizational model of the external operational force by the voice of the Country Manager Italy Engineer Alvio Vespa.
In response to the requests and considerations of the unions, it was proposed to implement, in addition to the Hospital & Access line, two Gastro and Vascular lines, also aimed at GPs, and to add two other specialist lines to these: Ortho-Rheuma and Pediatrics-Gynecology-Urology. The structures of the KAMs are also reconfirmed, however, by expanding their number.
As far as the administrative areas are concerned, the organizational model remains unchanged but a new area called Supply OPS Distrib Customer Care is set up which will deal with the logistical distribution to pharmacies, hospitals, wholesalers in the logic of proximity of the service to the user.
We are not yet able to quantify the numerical impact of these changes, but a more reflective and dialoguing approach is emerging on the impacts of organizational models as well as on their efficiency.
Faced with the request to follow the concept of voluntary incentives in the restructuring, the company reiterated its intention to adopt the incentive scheme proposed in the last "generational bridge".
Filctem CGIL, Femca CISL and Uiltec UIL with their national coordinations positively evaluate the dialogue established and propose to continue in a restricted forum until 6 April, the end of the 45 days envisaged by the procedure, while maintaining the state of agitation.
