In fulfilling the institutional purposes of the Association, the National Executive must, as a priority:
1 SEARCH comparison and collaboration, where possible, with the Regions, the Trade Unions, the Medical Class, the University and Farmindustria.
2 PURSUE the legal recognition of the profession, in accordance with Article 2 of the Statute, involving and affecting the Regions starting from the autonomous ones.
3 PROMOTE the amendments of Legislative Decree 541/92 by presenting the proposed law agreed in the XIV Legislature with the Trade Unions. (Lapsed in the meantime because superseded by the Legislative Decree transposing directive 2001/83/EC and subsequent amendments and resolution 94/77/EC).
4 TAKE ACTION so that the new Guidelines prepared by the Regional Technical Table are ratified by the Conference of Presidents of the Regions and Autonomous Provinces and do not prohibit the implementation of those Resolutions previously approved by some Regions and shared by the AIISF because they do not harm the professional dignity of the ISF and their employability.
5 PROMOTE, through Farmindustria, the willingness of companies interested in granting paid hours for the ISFs they employ, members of the AIISF, engaged in activity at regional monitoring tables and at institutions.
