Yesterday, at the Pomezia site, agreement was reached on the mobility procedure opened by Abbott for 156 employees. The mobility will last until 31 December 2009 for workers with retirement requirements and volunteers. The agreement, stipulated with the consent of the Ugl chemical union, in the presence of Luigi Ulgiati and Eliseo Florin, also provides for economic support including the INPS check until the income 90% is reached, the disbursement of a participation bonus of 1,600 approximately euro and that of 800 euro for three years to cover the health policy. Volunteers under the age of 40 will also be awarded another two months' salary and those who declare themselves available for mobility by the end of next November will receive a further bonus of 5 additional months' salaries. Employees who reach retirement requirements by 2014 will also receive financial and contribution support, while an out-placement process will be activated for all workers involved for reintegration into the labor market.
