On December 13, 187 Sigma Tau workers received the registered letter which puts them on the move, i.e. they are fired.
They are employees who had been placed on the Redundancy Fund for which the company had spoken of relocation, requalification, reintegration after a recovery plan, which however did not take place.
The feeling of the workers is that it was all premeditated with a plan drawn up immediately after the death of Dr. Cavazza. The CEO was changed, a company crisis was created, considered fictitious, to access social safety nets and layoffs. Nearly 700 workers have been eliminated in the last 3 years.
The Mobility Agreement was reached last December 1st at the Lazio Region by representatives of the company and a RSU, on which 
legitimacy many employees doubt, and unions that many believe do not represent the interests of workers. In that context, only 3 delegates of the ISF refused to sign that mobility agreement.
Against what happened, the "Committee for the protection of the Sigma Tau ISF network" announced an appeal to the Council of State to cancel the negative sentence of the Lazio TAR (on the concession of the CIGS) in which it declared itself incompetent, referring it to the labor judges. Labor judges who have already been consulted in as many 35 disputes declared the absolute illegitimacy of the CIGS.

RSU RELEASE of 2 December 2014
Late yesterday evening, 1 December 2014, at the Lazio Region, the Unions and the RSU completed the joint examination, with the company Sigma Tau SpA, required by Law 223/1991 for the purposes of the mobility referred to in the letter of 18 September us
The RSU received a mandate from the workers in the last assembly held on November 27th, jointly presented to the table the requests to reduce the number of redundancies declared and the request for a greater effort by the Company regarding redundancy incentives.
After a long negotiation, the parties reached an agreement, the contents of which are reported in the relevant documents attached minutesia this press release and can be consulted on the RSU Sigma Tau website.
The Agreement was signed by all the Unions and by the RSU with the exception of the members: Catellani, Cosentino, Manca.
All the delegates, obviously, are available to all workers for any clarifications.
