There are 1,579 doctors and dentists currently suspended for not having yet been vaccinated. TO 
communicate it, the FNOMCeO, the National Federation of Orders of Surgeons and Dentists.
Since the beginning, there have been a total of 2,053 suspensions, of which 474 were later revoked due to vaccination. So far 75 out of 106 Orders have communicated the data to the FNOMCeO, which has 460,000 registered in the Registers among doctors and dentists.
“Doctors suspended because they have not been vaccinated remain a minority, 0.3% of those registered in our Registers – explains the president, Filippo Anelli-. The picture is gradually being completed, despite some difficulties that have led to an uneven application of the law. Consequently, some professionals, although not vaccinated, have not yet been suspended by the ASL, continue to be registered in the registers and to practice".
“Let's remember that getting vaccinated is also a deontological duty, both to stem the spread of the virus and to dispel, by example, the last doubts of the hesitant – concludes Anelli -. Over 82% of the population over twelve has completed the vaccination cycle: we are truly at the last mile, let's not stop now. Doctors must be at the top of this marathon, to drag everyone to victory ”.
