In the Council of the XI Legislature more than half of the members are new faces: 17 out of 31 councilors are in their first term. Classroom veterans are Sergio Rossetti And Marco Scajola, who have both reached their third consecutive term. Compared to the start of the previous legislature, women drop from 5 to 3. However, it should be remembered that at the end of the previous legislature the number of councilors had already dropped from 5 to 3. There are women Ilaria Cavo, Lilli Lauro and Selena Candia. Robert Arboscello was born in Savona on 8 August 1973, he is married and father of three children. He holds a degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology. After a short work experience as Pharma company sale representative he moved to Florence to cover the role of Product Manager. Returning to Liguria in 2007, he took on the role of head of the galenic laboratory at a Savona pharmacy, a position he has held up to now, as well as performing the function of technical director at wholesale drug distributors. In 2009 he was elected city councilor in the Municipality of Bergeggi, where he was elected mayor in 2014 and reconfirmed in 2019 with a civic list. In 2014 he assumed the role of President of the Marine Protected Area "Isola di Bergeggi". He has been a member of the Democratic Party since 2017. In 2018 he assumed the position of city secretary in Savona and in 2019 he was appointed provincial deputy secretary. Since 2020 he has been a member of the board of the Order of Pharmacists of Savona.
