Note: as often happens they don't know what they are talking about. The Legislative Decree 219/06 defines us as ISF Scientific Pharmaceutical Representatives. Anyone who implements measures should at least know how they are defined by law. As is known IMS refers to IM Health which is a multinational corporation that supports the pharmaceutical industry through the provision of information, analysis and consultancy services, in particular IMS, medical survey statistics. After the merger with Quintiles in 2017 adopts the name IQVIA. But the IMS data remains and the name and acronym cannot be used to define anything else. Paradoxically, the regulations issued do not concern ISFs, but only IMS, IQVIA and Quintiles employees
