The Guidelines of the Conference of the Regions have been included in the Prime Ministerial Decree of 11 June 2020 and in 
particular with regard to the activity of the ISFs in Annex 9.
While deeming the first paragraph correct, which says that the provisions of the structure to which the ISFs go apply, which in some are obviously related to the Covid-19 emergency, in others extremely restrictive measures are applied, not justified with the emergency but above all due to prejudices and lack of knowledge on the real activity of drug sales representatives
