It will be done after the full takeover of the pesticide company by the German company.
The German chemical-pharmaceutical and agro group Bayer announced on Monday that it will be removed the branding of Monsanto following the US takeover of the giant seed and pesticide producer.
On the other hand, the group said it expects to complete the purchase of Monsanto on June 7 for a value of nearly 63 billion 
dollars, adding that it has obtained all the necessary authorizations from the regulatory authorities.
“Bayer is still the name of the company. while the Monsanto name will not be retained,” Bayer said in a statement Monday.
The brands of products sold by Monsanto, however, will remain .
The group German did not specify any justification for deleting Monsanto's name. But after the announcement of the acquisition of the American company in mid-2016, the pressures have increased defenders of the environment with protests and demonstrations around the world. “We will listen to those who criticize us and we will work together,” but ideologies “must not stop progress,” Bayer president Werner Baumann said in a statement.
The Monsanto acquisition, which began in September 2016, is valued at nearly $63 billion based on the value of the debt target in February 2018. Competition regulators in the United Kingdom and Europe have given their approval for the deal, although they forced significant transfers to German rival BASF worth around $9 billion.
