This is the list of 90 active ingredients whose risk/benefit balance is unfavorable and their use should be avoided despite their authorization in France or in the European Union.

The evaluation of the drugs was carried out on various criteria, efficacy data, reference to the reference treatment, determination of the most relevant clinical evaluation criteria for the patients and their undesirable effects. This blacklist highlights the use of antiemetics such as Vogalene or Motilium or vasoconstrictors such as Dolirhume or Xylocaine. These drugs are often used to combat a sinusitis or a cold as they are likely to trigger potentially fatal cardiovascular problems. Anti-inflammatories such as Ketum, Voltaflex and Voltarene are also dangerous.
