Sergio Cardinali (Filctem CGIL) spoke on Radio Article 1. During the interview he also spoke of the ISFs underlining that European regulations prohibit that Pharmaceutical Representatives depend on sales or marketing and that the sector suffers from social dumping: ISF employees are fired and one is hired under a commercial contract in order to circumvent both the legal constraints and the constraints deriving from an open-ended contract.
