Berlin, 14 Sept. (AdnKronos Salute/Dpa) – The chemical-pharmaceutical giant Bayer has declared that the Monsanto group has accepted the German takeover offer at 128 dollars per share. The total value of the operation is 66 billion dollars. The deal will lead to the creation of the world's largest producer of seeds and pesticides.
