Patrizia Fogheri, current Director of Human Resources of Novo Nordisk Italy, is the new director of personnel and organization of the Oceania and South-East Asia area of the Danish pharmaceutical company.
03 JUN – Patrizia Fogheri, current Human Resources Director of Novo Nordisk Italia, starting from 1 June 2014 he assumed the role of People & Organization Director in the Oceania and Southeast Asia area, based in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and is a member of the Management Team of Novo Nordisk Pharma Operations.
"Fogheri, graduated in Organizational Psychology at the University of Rome La Sapienza, is a member of the International Coach Federation and a counselor. Before joining Novo Nordisk, she gained extensive experience as a human resources consultant, she was a Senior Partner in a consulting firm and has had various collaborations with some Italian universities", explains a note from the company. Let me tell you how, during her 10-year career at Novo Nordisk, Fogheri held various managerial roles in the human resources field: initially she was Human Resources Director for Italy and, a few years later, for the Southern area Europe, which, in addition to Italy, included Greece, Spain and Portugal. Since 2007, he has been Director of Human Resources and Communication for Italy and Greece. During these years, he successfully led the HR Team and won an important international award related to the Novo Nordisk Way employee engagement campaign. In 2013 Patrizia Fogheri received the "Excellent Women of Rome" award for having demonstrated "constant commitment and social responsibility in business".
