I read what my colleague Filograsso wrote to the lawyer Prof. Rienzi.
I think there is nothing more to add.
However, I would ask you to evaluate the possibility of no longer giving advertising space to this lawyer, whose provocations are second only to its inappropriateness. I believe, therefore, that it should be completely ignored and not given further and gratuitous attention.
I remember a beautiful, ancient proverb: it used to say :"There is none worse deaf than those who don't want to hear": it fits perfectly.
I also believe that it is not within the institutional duties of Codacons to express opinions on scientific representatives. I must therefore assume that these communicational passages, dangerously close to slander, must be interpreted as personal utterances and - therefore - for us - of no account.
