The renewal of the CCNL has clarified to what extent the ISF are represented by trade union organisations; what is the level of democracy and representation in the trade unions; what is the level of consociativism between companies and trade unions; what is the level of competence of the trade unions; to what extent the trade unions take into consideration the health of citizens; what misunderstandings have been fueled on the efficacy, prescribability and efficiency of the equivalents and on the activity of the ISFs.
