Then the references to generic drugs, which would save the State, I think are dangerously close to unreliability: and once again, this umpteenth reference to savings is surprising.
The doctor, President, must work in the name of science and conscience and NEVER in the name of the criteria of economy.
If what you say were true: in previous years, when you didn't have any "savings" projects -then- you made the local health authorities spend resources unnecessarily.
