You just can't figure it out, right now social crisis, political and economic, how much is the effective desire of all citizens to respect the rules in the pursuit of the common good. Even less in healthcare.
The case of Lombardy region, whose council is crumbling, is emblematic considering the fact that 80 % of spending is on health care which is considered by the (former) president Formigoni as the best in Europe but which hides many dark sides. For example, the former Councilor for Health of the Region, Anthony Simon, when the President was Bruno Tabacci, he declared, leaving San Vittore, that the money paid to him by Maugeri Foundation they were used to save the Region! Almost as if the Region, and therefore the citizens, with that money would not have saved more in services or tickets. In short, because there had to be an intermediary "guarantor””(and expensive) between the contractor and the agent? Certainly Maugeri with her advice (and her friendships "childish” with the Celeste) has almost doubled its turnover. But are we sure that this happened par excellence? There have been controls on the way of doing medicine?
We need a technician to help us and check, beyond and before the judiciary. “Technical” Minister Balduzzi are you there? I can insist on other examples concerning the “healthcare chaos”?
