The RSU A.Menarini IFR categorically denies to have organized or intended to organize an event on Wednesday 12 September 2012 in Rome.
As reiterated by telephone on 10 September 2012 to all colleagues who have consulted us, we believe that the first meeting between the representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development and the National Secretariats Femca-Cisl, Filctem-Cgil, Uilcem-Uil should take place in an atmosphere of maximum serenity without interference of any kind.
Only starting from Wednesday evening will we evaluate what to do together with the RSUs of other companies in the pharmaceutical sector and with the Unions.
We reiterate: any "authorized" events will be agreed with the union representatives of other companies.
This RSU condemns attitudes and attempts at exploitation, which have only generated confusion among ISF colleagues and which seem, in such a delicate historical moment, completely devoid of any sense of responsibility.
If needed, this RSU reiterates that the organization of an official event requires a very precise procedure including communication and request for authorization from the competent Police Headquarters and other bodies in charge. Therefore it is confirmed, as already done by telephone, that the presence in Rome of those who want it will be solely a free and individual decision of each single colleague not supported by the RSU A.Menarini IFR.
Certain that we have definitively clarified all doubts, we are already requesting the presence of all the ISF colleagues of A.Menarini IFR at the next territorial assemblies, regularly foreseen by the CCNL-Chemical Industry, which will be held shortly in venues and dates still to be agreed.
