29 AUG – On the eve of the new meeting at Palazzo Chigi to evaluate whether to fully postpone or "unpack" the decree of the Minister of Health Balduzzi, we are publishing the text of the latest draft presented to yesterday's pre-council of ministers. As is known, during yesterday's meeting the ministers asked for many clarifications and insights. In fact, strong doubts about the form, merit and coverage of the provision developed by the Minister of Health, whose launch was expected for next Friday, would have emerged.
Not much is known about the nature of these doubts, but it seems clear that as it stands, with its 27 articles dealing with even more topics within them, it will be really difficult to pass everything through the emergency decree, even if linked , as stated in the title of the draft, to "development" (and therefore theoretically to the homonymous Passera package).
The knots, however, should be resolved tomorrow, during the new meeting of ministers.
