Dear colleagues, opening the various sites of the sector and reading what is happening in the last period in the pharmaceutical sector, it seems that we have arrived at the last days preceding the Mayan prophecy of the end of our society.

Let me explain, the pharmaceutical sector for those who pay attention to signals coming from the "field" is in great turmoil, with colleagues who remain at work increasingly disenchanted and increasingly "rocky .......", the articles that appear on web sites photograph the ISFs grappling with a struggle for their professional and material survival, ambiguous signals arrive from companies and requests for transfers, layoffs that are not based on any practical aspect but rather seem to be the result of a "smoked" evening, in short, it is what is said in ger go a Babylon.
Fortunately, there are some strong signals coming from the category. What is discussed in seminars that are repeated on what is happening (see also the last meeting on Monday in Rome), the incisive action of Federisf (with practical proposals) and of Aiisf which is trying to get out of the stagnant quagmire of its recently passed policy. The Hon Scilipoti's interest in our category, the birth of new sites, of autonomous movements of isf and of coordination of the same are an extremely encouraging sign.
The usual characters are missing. Where is the Triple? What is he doing besides approving absurd transfers and mobility? Why don't they deign to do what they were born to do, that is to defend the workers?
I don't want to fuel useless and sterile controversies, but where are the many colleagues who work in the field every day with their heads bowed and grumbling and don't express themselves?
We all have to make an effort, for those who still haven't understood it, a war against the ISF is underway, there is only one unexpressed but clear will, to exterminate us, shouldering the blame for a bankruptcy and non-existent management and create a new future for the sector full of precarious, poorly paid and unprepared trade unionists ready to satisfy every corporate wish.
We must all fight every day, neither does our work and the future of those who will follow us, colleagues or children.
