The provision with which the Director General of an ASL has ordered the suspension of a pharmaceutical agreement (following the issuance of an order or warrant for arrest or arrest for facts committed in the performance of the conventional activity) appears illegitimate; the competence in the field of measures concerning pharmaceutical agreements belongs in fact to the provincial technical supervisory commission, pursuant to art. 13 Presidential Decree n. 94/1989.
